Abstract:

It has become uncommon that Enterprise Struggled in the difficult even been declared bankrupt due to financial crisis caused by inventory mismanagement. As a common operation risk in business, how to conduct an effective risk management of inventory under the comprehensive risk management framework concern for many businesses, Taking a coal machine manufacturing company as an example, this paper made a thorough research on the assessment of inventory-related risk, the formulation of risk management strategy, inventory control methods and means of risk management mechanisms in order to provide for the relevant manufacturing enterprises on the theory and practice of reference.
